Everyone wants their big day to run smoothly – here at Riverlea Caterers we prepare the perfect Classic Buffet Wedding catering menu from the freshest ingredients. This menu has a lot more hot dishes which is great for the cooler months. With our devine wedding food and friendly staff you can be confident that you can relax on your special day and enjoy yourself.

Classic Weddings Buffet Menu

We offer you an extensive menu to enable you to make your own selections – served buffet style with top table served.
Carved at the Table (Choice of one)

  • HAM: Whole champagne leg, glazed and decorated and served with whole grain mustard and pineapple. (served cold)
  • BEEF: Succulent Hot Roast Beef marinated in garlic and oil – sliced at the table and
    served with rich gravy
  • PORK: Hot Prime Leg of Pork with rich golden crackling served with apple sauce & gravy.
